I have four degrees in psychology, mental health, human sexuality, and brain science. I’ve held positions at New York University, Mt. Sinai, New York Presbyterian, Planned Parenthood, Rikers Island, and the FBI — but none of that matters if you don’t feel safe, seen, and supported in the work.

 

Here’s how I do things differently:

I’m trained in CBT, DBT, EMDR, somatic processing, and mindfulness — and I use all of it to help you get out of your head, back into your body, and finally breathe without the constant buzz of “what’s next?” in your nervous system.

 

My style is no-BS, deeply compassionate, and radically validating. I don’t pathologize your pain — I help you unpack it, heal it, and unlearn the patterns that told you anxiety was your personality.

You check your work email at 10 PM, with dropp eyes and a desperate need to sleep, “just in case” something urgent came in.

You soften emails with “just circling back” and “I think” so you don’t come off as too much.

Rest feels like a luxury that you haven't earned yet.  Even your self-care looks like a checklist.

You are two steps ahead of everything, but your tight chest, wired body and constant mental spiraling need a freaking break.

You ache for a life of peace and ease, but the thought of releasing the pressure—the very force that’s driven you—feels just as terrifying as the burnout it’s causing.

You wear your independence like a badge of honor, but deep down, your soul is begging to put down the weight of the world and finally exhale.

You say you're fine—but you’re grinding your teeth at night, your shoulders feel like concrete, and you wake up at 3 AM running through tomorrow’s to-do list before your alarm even has the chance.

therapy intensives are your fast track to relief.

Designed for women with demanding schedules who need quick, targeted breakthroughs, 

 

intensives condense months of therapy into just a few sessions. We cut through the noise, get to the root of your anxiety, and implement deep, lasting change—fast.

Unlike traditional weekly therapy, intensives use advanced techniques like EMDR, guided visualizations, and in-session somatic processing to rewire anxious thought patterns, regulate your nervous system, and create real, tangible relief.
