Taking up space is a whole-body yes when you're a woman in your 40s

There is something deliciously defiant 💋 about a woman who takes up space without apology.

Not because she’s trying to prove anything—

but because she finally stopped editing herself.

Taking up space isn’t just a mindset shift.

It’s not a checklist of affirmations or a perfect morning routine.

✨ It’s a feeling.

It’s a slow exhale after years of holding it in. 😮‍💨

Especially now that you're in your transition ERA as you leave your 40s.

It’s the way your hips move when no one’s watching. 💃

It’s the sound of your own voice when you say exactly what you mean—without shrinking it down to make it easier for someone else to hear. 🎤

It’s juicy. 🍓

It’s embodied. 🧠💃

It’s yours. 👑

This is the heart of the Yes, I Am Too Much™ Revolution. 🔥

It’s not about being loud just to be loud.

It’s about being undeniably you.

It’s about letting the full expression of who you are take up the damn room—

without permission, without apology, without the need to explain why. 🚫🙅‍♀️

Because being too much?

That’s just code for being fully alive. 💫

So this week, I want to invite you to try something:

🖤 Walk slower.

🖤 Speak louder.

🖤 Move with intention.

🖤 Take up one extra inch of space—mentally, physically, emotionally.

And when that old voice creeps in with, “Who do you think you are?” 😏

You answer it with:

“I am too much. And if they don't like it, they can settle for less” 💋✨🔥

Here’s to owning it—fully, sensually, and without apology.

You're not too much.

You're right on time. ⏳👑
